Club KB pieces are created and shipped in small batches with intention and care. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on demand.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated (for drops, preorders, or made-to-order items).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time (U.S.)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Preorders & Drops
Items labeled as preorder or part of a limited drop may take 1–3 weeks to ship. This will always be noted in the product description.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Club KB is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Club KB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and we want your pieces to make it straight to you!
