Club KB reserves the right to:

Club KB operates through limited releases and small-batch production. Because of this, product availability is not guaranteed and certain pieces may not be restocked once sold out.

Products & Availability

We do our best to represent Club KB products as accurately as possible.

Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may be handmade or individually finished, slight variations in color, texture, placement, or construction may occur.

Product images may also appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

A product being displayed on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Club KB reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, when necessary, cancel an order affected by such an error.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Club KB has accepted the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other issues that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and processing timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Club KB will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated processing timeframe. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

Club KB is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays or interruptions
• Packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered
• Delays caused by circumstances outside of our control
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Returns & Exchanges

All Club KB sales are final except where otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
