Shipping

Club KB pieces are made with intention, produced in limited quantities, and packed with care. We want to get your order from the club to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Whenever possible, we ship orders the same day or next business day.

During a new collection launch, limited drop, sale, or other high-volume period, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is ever an expected delay, we'll let you know.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time (U.S.)

After your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

For most U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Please note that carrier delays are outside of Club KB's control.

Limited Drops

Club KB releases pieces in limited quantities. Once a piece is available on the site, it is ready to be fulfilled while supplies last.

We recommend joining the club and keeping an eye on our channels for upcoming releases, because some pieces may not return once they're gone.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Club KB is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your local carrier and surrounding delivery area. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we want to make sure your KB pieces make it straight to you.

Club KB is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
